In 2015 I stumbled into food styling wanting to photograph my own food better. Annette Joseph invited me onto a shoot and the rest is history. I’ve been part of cookbook, restaurant, magazine, and brand shoots. Thanks to the tutelage of stylists like Katelyn Hardwick, Rachael Daylong, and Annette, plus countless photographers, I’ve been able to make a career out of this. My skills from decades as a chef help me translate recipes and food quickly and easily for the camera.
